As discussed at this year’s Leadership Conference, digitization is a key focus for our business, especially as we continue to find new ways to improve the client experience and strengthen the brand. Digitizing all paper processes – such as onboarding, assessments, and plans of care– will be beneficial for your clients, and help increase office productivity and engagement for your teams.
To ensure that the network is aligned on this digitization initiative and our new technology solutions, we wanted to take some time to provide a few points of clarification and updates on both the SynCK tablet and DocuSign:
Initially, two models were tested in our Company Owned offices – one that was more “Do It Yourself” (DIY) focused, and another using the SynCK tablet. The DIY approach did not provide adequate standardization or optimal workflow, and it was discovered that the DIY model is challenging to pull-through since personal devices create too many choices.
Once we made that discovery, as many as 95 users collaborated in the development of the SynCK. Workflow matters, and over time, SynCK will continue to evolve as we push content and improvements from one central location. We are also excited to announce that, as promised, SynCK tablets will be start shipping in December! Visit this page on Members to learn more about SynCK.
Based on the recent feedback and input, we renegotiated our offerings from DocuSign. You now have two options. The features and functionality that we shared with you at leadership conference, such as creating templates (state-required assessments) and in-home signups, are available on either option.
