Territories and Zip Codes for Sale

We have recently remapped our entire network, and have increased the average population of our territories for sale. Some individual zip codes are also available for sale. We always recommend that franchisees consider expanding, especially if you have a core relationship or a large number of clients outside of your protected territory. If that territory or zip code sells, you will be able to keep existing clients but will be unable to sign any new ones.

Two other important points:

All territories and zip codes are sold on a first come, first served basis. CKFI offers financing for franchise fees
