Open More Doors With Business Development Training

Our industry changes by the day, with emerging businesses ready to disrupt the home care landscape. Our target audience now has more options than ever before to find care for their loved ones – a challenge in its own right – but you also want to make sure that you aren’t forgetting to make those valuable connections with referral sources in your community.

We recognize just how important this is to your business development efforts, which is why we have been hosting training sessions across the country since January, designed to help you and all team members who engage referral sources in face-to-face discussions.

We’ve had tremendous success with these sessions, and there has been terrific engagement from franchisees, territory sales managers, and staff members. Here's some of the feedback we've received from the sessions:

"It was excellent training. I learned how to identify top referral sources, how to use the initial assessment to set up future sales, and marketing opportunities for existing clients via their doctors, therapists, home health and hospice (shared clients). I also learned about grandPad benefits. The Wheel sales process was helpful, as was the coaching on how to speak to prospects!"

We want to continue the success of this business develop training , and encourage you to attend one of our upcoming sessions. As mentioned, these sessions will focus on referral source engagement, with particular focus on the following topics:

Engaging new contacts from the first introduction Utilizing the appropriate questioned needed for rapport building Engaging in a natural and free-flowing dialogue Exploring solutions that the project will find beneficial to his or her organization Securing a commitment to send referrals to your office
