Comfort Keepers® Teams with ClearCare®

 

Following a thorough due diligence process, Comfort Keepers® is excited to announce that we’ve added ClearCare Online as a preferred vendor of home care operations software.

ClearCare® is a cloud-based web and mobile platform that enables home care agencies to spend more time doing the things they got into the business to do – caring for clients and making a difference in their community. Agencies rely on ClearCare for scheduling, recruiting caregivers, marketing and overall streamlining of their home care operation. Setting a new standard for technology in home care, ClearCare’s solution improves job satisfaction amongst caregivers and provides point-of-care transparency for families, while improving quality of care and lowering healthcare costs. These are just a few of the reasons Comfort Keepers has endorsed ClearCare as a preferred provider for the Comfort Keepers network.

 

Interested in converting?

All company-owned operations along with 30 Comfort Keepers owners have already made the transition to ClearCare. General conversion, which is open to all U.S. franchises, officially begins today, July 24, 2015, on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you’re interested in converting to ClearCare, we encourage your office to fill out the Readiness Survey. While this form does not guarantee a specific conversion date, it will help ClearCare manage the conversion pipeline so your office converts as close as possible to your desired conversion date.

    what will the monthly per customer cost be with this deal?

      Hello Mark,

      This information is listed in detail by clicking ck.clearcareonline.com up in the body of the article. The password is CKCares (password is case sensitive). The base cost is $10 per client, with further discounts described on the Portal. You can speak with your on boarding specialist at Clear Care and this discount will be applied to your account.

      I am using ClearCare and was told that when CKFI signed on the rate would be $9/customer monthly. Not sure if that is the final price but this will save me 25%!! AppointMate to ClearCare conversion was the best thing I have done this year! Future developments will be gamechangers for us.

        Great News! Learning a new system is always an investment of resources, but we hear over and over that the conversion has reinvigorated the management staff and the relationship with the client and caregiver.

        As for price, we will revisit with Clear Care as more franchisees join, there are additional discounts associated with Employment Screening and Payment Processing. Give your account rep @ Clear Care a call and they will review with you.

    I see that they are partnered with GIS – and if we process our applicants through ClearCare then the rate per client per month is reduced. On the web site I don’t see what if any additional costs for that are? Any knowledge?

      You are correct, GIS is the partner conducting the screening. In the portal, under the demo tab, there are two videos associated with Payment Processing and Employment Screening. Below the video, there is a link to detail on the pricing plans. Have a great day!
