A grandPad Milestone: Over 2100 Units Deployed
In 2017, your support of the grandPad senior tablet had an extraordinary impact. By incorporating this easy-to-use piece of technology into your service offering, you helped to improve the lives of clients and their family members nationwide.
You also helped grandPad become more than just a product, transforming it into what is now seen as a symbol of reducing senior isolation and keeping families connected. And because of your support, we finished 2017 with a very special milestone, with the deployment of more than 2,100 units. This milestone represents not only your commitment to helping seniors, but also your willingness to embrace technology to differentiate Comfort Keepers® from the competition.
As you know, digitization – as part of our goal of improving the client experience – is one of our key focuses in 2018, and grandPad represents a vital component of that initiative. As mentioned above, the device is much more than just a tablet. Put simply, the grandPad is the easiest way for seniors to connect to the digital world and their loved ones. But it also shows Comfort Keepers as a leader in the revolution of in-home care through the use of technology, to enable greater independence and empowerment for seniors.
Reaching the 2100+ milestone was a wonderful way to end 2017 and has provided great momentum for the beginning of 2018. Thank you for embracing the grandPad and for leveraging its technology in a meaningful way.
grandPad has proven to be invaluable asset, but as we venture through 2018, it’s important that we focus on all areas of digitization so that we can further demonstrate the Comfort Keepers’ brand ability to adapt and meet the ever-changing needs of seniors. In the coming months, be on the lookout for some exciting news related to not only grandPad, but also the SynCK tablet and DocuSign.
Again, thank you for all that you did in 2017, for embracing technology to better the lives of your clients, and for helping to grow the brand in new and exciting ways. Here’s to further success this year.
