New session added for March!
CKFI will be holding regional business development training sessions in January and March that will help you establish rapport with referral sources in your community who can ultimately recommend services to potential clients
What will be covered?
Each session is designed to help you and your sales team improve and replicate the following:
Successfully engage new contacts from the first introduction
Utilize the appropriate questions needed for rapport building
Engage in a natural and free-flowing dialogue
Explore solutions that the prospect will find beneficial to his or her organization
Secure a commitment to send referrals to your office
Who should attend?
Each session is for the Franchisee, Territory Sales Managers, or staff members who engage referral sources in face-to-face discussions.
